my weekend
weekend was great... friday after work I went to church for women's ministry... we had a great program/panel on love, sex and romance. The womens ministry night is a lot of fun we do food have women vendors and fellowship time and an overall good time. when I came home I started doing my apps for my loan consolodation and damn near cried when I saw the totals...lets just say I am richly educated.
saturday I wet to a fashion event/trunk show and had a great time. after that my afternoon was spent running errands and picking up things to put in my niece and nephews gift basket for valentines day (those are the only people I go out of my way to buy gifts for). all while shopping and running my errands I was on the phone with my new pal "D." He is a sweetheart lot's of potential blah blah blah. So him and I were talking and were having a convo about cheating exes and the subject of how would we act if we encountered them came up. I said something to the effect of "his ass knows better then to speak to me and especially not to call me." So God being the jokester he is proved me wrong and the ex better known as SOS (spawn of satan) called me on the phone. Seeing as how we havent spoken in over a year I'm not sure what gave him the balls to call me and think I wanted to hold a convo with him. I didn't get all ignorant and curse and yell like my alter ego Khristen would have (when I'm normal I'm Christen with a C lol) but the cadence and inflections in my speech and tone made him get smart and say "well I think I get the point so I'm going say goodbye now." After that I knew that the rest of my day was just going to be fab lol.
Saturday night I went to a bruh party and had too much fun and I was alcohol free (gave up alcohol and bread for lenten). Some of my prophytes were there and my NY sands from one of my "sister" chapters.... I can't even describe all the fun I had... so I won't lol.
Today was a simple day. Sleep. Church (where the message was amazing and opened my eyes to a lot of things concerning relationships and just toxic people). Then family time and working on some freelance projects I have.
Well it's time for sleep and I hope everyone had a fab weekend.
