it's friiiidaaaaay

Yesterday was a looong day. I worked all day. When I say worked all day I mean worked to the point where I looked at my clock and it said 3:25 and I realized I hadn't eaten since 7am. My sister made me come over her house to eat dinner since mom is out of town and when I got there she was sleep lol. My niece and nephew entertained me and tried to make me stay over there forever, they can't watch tv during the week so they cut the tv on "for me" while I was eating but some how I ended up watching Nickelodeon.

My niece also had me sampling her caramel brownies that she made, from scratch (gotta boast lol), then she went upstairs and pulled out her planner (a pocket calendar my mom got her) so that we could choose a day to go to tea at the Ritz Carlton (she said she'd rather save the Mandarin for her birthday tea). I love how she had events written down like she was a woman, today's note said half a day at school and then for Sunday she had 'go see aunt chrissy sing at church' and 'ask her can I hang with her' lol. I told her I had a Delta event to attend but she was welcome to come. She damn near passed out in excitement lol, she just KNOWS at at eight y/o that she's going be a Delta (I didn't brainwash her she just wants to do everything I do... according to her she's getting her bachelors in journalism at pace her masters in pr at Syracuse and then going to law school at Georgetown to be judge lol). So we had to go search her closet for an outfit to wear on Sunday lol. She was so funny, while looking she ran across a pink and green dress she has and she whispered "can't wear this I'm not trying to get beat up" lol. So she chose a red velvet pantsuit I got her (gotta keep her flyy) a black shirt and her black "heels" lol. I swear she is my little prototype.

Once I finally left there I ran my errands. I went to the wine store to get some POP Champagne (little bottles of champagne meant to be drank through a straw) for a gift basket I'm making and then my bottle of pink (rose) champagne (for me to enjoy since I'm relaxing in the house almost the entire weekend). Then I went to Target, I was only supposed to be in there 15 minutes to do an exchange and was in there like an hour.

So yet another day I left home at 7:30am and got home at 10.

Today has been good so far. I was surprised with a new blog template on cocoabutterflyy (which I love... thanks soooo much) and I got an email from zazzle stating that they had a commission check for me for some of my t-shirt designs/sales so I was amped. Today should be a good day.

I am looking forward to the weekend. Chilling tonight, hitting Leesburg Corner tomorrow morning, chilling in the evening, singing Sunday four services (7:30,9,10:30 & 12...and I have to be at church at 6:15 Sunday morning so yall pray for me lol... if yall are in the urea haha just come to church 1400 Mercantile Lane suite 242 Largo MD lol) and then Sunday evening going to see my Immediate Past National President of Delta do her trial sermon @ Ebenezer (so men in the DC area if you want to be surrounded by hundreds of beautiful women in red be @ Ebenezer on Sunday lol).
